1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the services of Expert Wedding Solutions Beauty, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
2. Service Description
Expert Wedding Solutions Beauty provides professional wedding beauty services including:
- Bridal makeup application
- Wedding hair styling
- Beauty consultations and trials
- Wedding day beauty packages
3. Booking and Payment
Booking Process
Services must be booked in advance through our consultation process. A signed contract and deposit are required to secure your wedding date.
Payment Terms
- 50% deposit required upon booking
- Remaining balance due 7 days before wedding date
- Trial sessions are paid separately at time of service
- Travel fees may apply for locations beyond our standard service area
4. Cancellation Policy
Client Cancellations
- 90+ days before wedding: Full refund minus 10% processing fee
- 60-89 days before wedding: 50% refund
- 30-59 days before wedding: 25% refund
- Less than 30 days: No refund
Force Majeure
In case of circumstances beyond our control (illness, natural disasters, etc.), we will work with you to reschedule or provide appropriate alternatives.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing accurate information about skin sensitivities or allergies
- Arriving on time for scheduled appointments
- Ensuring proper lighting and space for services at the venue
- Providing final guest count for group services 7 days in advance
6. Service Limitations
We reserve the right to:
- Refuse service if safety or health concerns arise
- Modify service approach based on skin condition or other factors
- Recommend alternative products if allergic reactions occur
7. Photography and Portfolio Use
By using our services, you consent to photography of our work for portfolio and marketing purposes unless you explicitly opt out in writing.
8. Liability
Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided. We are not responsible for:
- Allergic reactions to products (when sensitivities are not disclosed)
- Venue-related issues outside our control
- Schedule conflicts due to venue delays
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including images, text, and design, is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
10. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes will be resolved through mediation and, if necessary, binding arbitration in accordance with local laws.
11. Changes to Terms
